FCS was founded by Ray Dionaldo in order to protect and spread Filipino martial arts. Until the founding of FCS, separate families controlling individual Filipino arts were very secretive leading to eventual stagnation of growth. This brought the Filipino martial arts community to a standstill. However, FCS attempts to unite all Filipino combat styles as well as people from different backgrounds, lineages, and martial arts experience. All are able to learn and practice the powerful arts of Kali, Eskrima, Sikaran, and Arnis.
